Application purpose
CardVeil is a premium deal intelligence platform for trading cards and collectibles. It scans marketplace listings, interprets listing metadata with AI assistance, estimates value, scores opportunity quality, and alerts users to potentially underpriced listings.
CardVeil does not sell cards, process marketplace purchases, or act as a marketplace. Users complete any eBay activity directly on eBay.
Data use
CardVeil uses marketplace listing data only to provide deal discovery, saved searches, watchlists, alerts, scoring, analytics, support, security, and compliance functionality.
CardVeil will not sell eBay user personal information and will not use eBay user data for unrelated advertising or unsolicited communications.

Account deletion and closure notifications
CardVeil is prepared to subscribe to eBay marketplace account deletion and closure notifications. The callback endpoint supports GET challenge verification and POST acknowledgement.
When CardVeil receives a valid deletion notification, applicable eBay user data will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is legally required.
