CardVeil service terms

CardVeil provides marketplace intelligence, listing interpretation, scoring, alerts, and related research tools for trading cards and collectibles.

You are responsible for your own purchasing, bidding, selling, tax, and business decisions. CardVeil scores and estimates are informational and are not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

CardVeil may link to third-party marketplaces, including eBay. Purchases, bids, listings, payments, returns, shipping, disputes, and marketplace accounts are governed by the applicable third-party terms.

CardVeil is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay unless expressly stated in a written agreement. eBay names, marks, and marketplace data remain subject to eBay policies and agreements.

You may not misuse CardVeil, attempt to bypass security, scrape or reverse engineer the service, interfere with marketplace platforms, violate third-party terms, or use CardVeil for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, users, partners, or compliance obligations.

You agree that CardVeil may process information as described in the Privacy Policy to operate the service, provide support, maintain security, and satisfy legal and platform requirements.

Where CardVeil integrates with eBay APIs, CardVeil will follow applicable eBay developer requirements, including data protection and marketplace account deletion obligations.

CardVeil does not guarantee that a listing is accurately priced, authentic, available, profitable, or suitable for purchase. Listing data can change quickly and may contain seller errors or omissions.

The service is provided as available and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued.
